As a result of COVID-19, all bars, restaurants and coffee shops were forced to close their doors or operate as takeout-only spots for about three months. Ridiculous as it may sound, eating out with family and friends was one of the things I missed most throughout quarantine. The Green Phase of Governor Tom Wolf's plan to re-open the state of Pennsylvania allowed bars, restaurants, and coffee shops to re-open with CDC guidelines in place.
